The work I do in Shamanism happened when I met Tracy and Emery Forest at Spirit Hollow in Shaftsbury, VT. I am pleased to say that I have been at Spirit Hollow since its early beginnings and I still support the work of spirit by being on the board of directors of this nonprofit organization. Being on the board of Second Chance Animal Center is my way of giving back to my community. I work with the animals within the shelter walls doing Shamanic healing and by running our annual fundraiser Tour de Paws, which is an annual cycling event.
